Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece of equipment and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are made available.

For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb function in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced by another of the same kind and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade items equipment. However, they do not retain the quality of the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens through several means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in crates and chests, or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give players additional health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item upgrader mod to a better quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the spot until the next Success result is to be rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of every Preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grasping them. When they are opened they show a complete description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.

During the course of the course of a game, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and also those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. These stones can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's levels and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. When the requirements are met, the player can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take between a few seconds and minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. This makes it an ideal way for players to gain an advantage in combat without straining their accounts. Additionally players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item to new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. There are several ways to acquire these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will be upgraded to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.

Items with upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be used in addition to a minimum amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place items to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after is a player has enough resources will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small percentage. The highest level for an item upgrader mod is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum level, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. Likewise, once an item is on the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will come with discounts.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an extra effect or attribute bonus when the equipment is being used. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be replaced and removed at any time.

Requirements

Items upgrades enable players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item, but you'll typically need Dilithium along with a number Upgrade Tokens.

Upgrades to items can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher item upgrades level. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades to an item upgrader mod can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the stats of the item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire" however increases damage from weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve a perfect roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) the tier of that item, the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the conditions for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
